St-Elzéar, the first in the series, comprises two towers of 19 and 20 storeys, housing 156 and 177 unites respectively. The premises are located in the heart of Laval, near Marché 440 and the restaurants and attractions of the Centropolis.
Also in Laval, the Lévesque, Daniel-Johnson and Cavendish-Thimens residences offer 202, 171 and 675 one- to three-bedroom units respectively, in addition to several penthouses. The Cavendish-Thimens project is being developed in four construction phases aimed at obtaining a LEED Silver certification. Its grounds are crisscrossed by a network of green corridors which connect it directly to the surrounding services, including the Bibliothèque du Boisé and Parc Bourbonnière.
The only Equinoxe site on the island of Montreal is Marc Chagall, which sits on the edge of a wooded area in a popular neighbourhood of Côte St-Luc.

Équinoxe St-Elzéar was the first project to be launched, consisting of 490 luxury rental condos over 20 storeys in the heart of Laval. Using contemporary hotels as a model, the building emphasizes service and amenity space, featuring private living rooms, a pool and gym, a business center and reception hall, and a vast terrace.

Nearby, Équinoxe Cavendish-Thimens is scheduled to be complete in the coming months. Built in four phases, the building varies in height between 3 and 13 storeys depending on the immediate surroundings. The project setbacks and massing are each in dialogue with the neighbouring context, pushing and pull towards the building core as needed.

Green corridors cut through the site, linking to other public amenities such as the Bibliothèque du Boisé and the Parc Bourbonnière. Residents can enjoy two playgrounds, a multifunctional central plaza, a natural amphitheatre and several areas for relaxation.

This project will consist of 675 residential units aimed primarily at young families, and is on track to obtain a LEED Silver rating.
