CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW HEALTH & INNOVATION PAVILION

NEUF + NFOE are designing the new pavilion for Cégep Édouard-Montpetit, a major investment announced by Quebec’s Minister of Higher Education, Martine Biron, alongside Marie-Victorin MNA Shirley Dorismond and Cégep Director General Hélène Bailleu, to support the growing student population. Rising five stories high, the new building will transform the face of the campus, gathering the Cégep’s four currently dispersed teaching clinics, a pedagogical innovation centre, and a vibrant student affairs hub, while also redeveloping existing spaces to enhance connectivity and campus life. Targeting triple certification — LEED, WELL, and BCZ — and focused on health and innovation. This future pavilion will embody a bold and sustainable vision for educational architecture: a place designed to foster success, collaboration, and well-being across the college community.
