After three years of intense work, NEUF is proud to see Apple’s new flagship store in downtown Montreal finally open its doors at a new location on Ste-Catherine street. Developed in close collaboration with Beyer Blinder Belle Architects and DFS, the project builds on NEUF's expertise in the rehabilitation of historic structures to take the former Ogilvy building, one of the city’s most significant commercial references from the last century, into a forward-looking retail presence that will serve the City for years to come. The stone exterior was carefully restored to reflect its original character, while the interior was fully reimagined to provide expanded customer spaces and dedicated areas supporting employee well-being.
