

The Kôvo residential complex was recently the subject of an article in La Presse. Entitled 'Building for the Future in LaSalle', the article by journalist Danielle Bonneau outlines the key aspects of this urban development, which demonstrates a strong commitment to responsible densification and long-term quality of life. Designed by our team, the five-storey building incorporates a variety of environmental strategies that surpass the LEED Silver certification target. These include the use of low-impact materials, green roofs, reflective exterior finishes, creation of green spaces and optimised parking, as well as sustainable stormwater and waste management.
LaSalle Mayor Nancy Blanchette emphasised that the project is 'perfectly aligned with the borough’s vision' and serves as 'a source of inspiration for others'.
