UQÀM's Annual Design Competition: NEUF awarded a grant to Sophie Lepage-Pellerin

NEUF architect(e)s awarded a grant to Sophie Lepage-Pellerin for her project "CdAc // MLND", as part of the 2022 edition of UQÀM's Annual Design Competition.

Sophie was able to respond to a complex urban condition with an architectural proposal that carefully considered its immediate context to generate a variety of public spaces. The Van Horne Viaduct provides the Mile End with a new contemporary arts complex that redefines the existing site by articulating the different programmatic volumes, an aerial promenade, and a roof terrace.
