The Claridge Homes concept, based on the notion of “home”, offers amenities adapted to residents’ various lifestyles. Although the concept is identical for every project, it is nevertheless adapted to each location’s built and social contexts. The locations in each instance are selected for their proximity to nature as well as urban services, shops and cultural attractions.

Among the residences designed by the brand, Timberwalk offers 154 units, of which a few are dedicated to people with partial or total loss of autonomy. Residents can benefit from various amenities, including indoor swimming pools, dining rooms and professional kitchens supplying the catering services on the ground floor.

Bridlewood Trails, Carlingwood and Oak Park provide 165, 159 and 135 units, respectively. As in the case of the other residences, they provide nursing facilities on the lower levels and daily staffing by health professionals. More traditional apartments on the upper floors house active seniors, who will benefit from the many common areas established on the ground floor of the infrastructure.
