This large-scale initiative will deliver over 1,000 residential units, nearly 50% of which will be dedicated to family, social, and affordable housing. The development will also include commercial, community, and institutional spaces. Supported by organizations such as Atelier Habitation Montréal, the Maison des Gens de lettres, and UQAM, the project is firmly rooted in the cultural diversity of the district while reinforcing its role as a mobility hub, directly integrated with the city’s busiest metro station. A true catalyst for revitalization, the project will breathe new life into this key sector of the metropolis.
